**Two audiences, two zones**: wholesale raw materials live under /catalogue/, /biosynthetic-aroma-molecules/ and /business/; retail products live under /shop/. Retail pages show unit prices and never a minimum order quantity; wholesale pages show minimum order quantities and never a retail unit price.

**How to read a product page**: every material page states the botanical or production route, origin, price per kilogram or a quote-on-request note, minimum order quantity, typical constituents and the IFRA position for that material. Batch-specific analytical values (assay, density, refractive index, optical rotation, chromatogram) are issued with the certificate of analysis for the lot.

**Biosynthetic aroma molecules** are produced by fermentation or biocatalysis. They are not essential oils and are not described as natural essential oils. Nine of the thirty are named fragrance allergens under Annex III of EU Regulation 1223/2009 and must be declared on the label above 0.001% in leave-on products and 0.01% in rinse-off products.
