Nanjing Heyao Bio (南京合曜生物)

We are a Nanjing-based supplier of aroma raw materials, trading as Aroma Kosmos. We work with brands, blenders, diffuser houses, formulators and distributors, and we send a lot of material to Europe.

What we do

Quality, compliance and traceability

This is the part a procurement team actually reads, so we will state it plainly rather than decorate it.

• ✓Batch certificate of analysis with assay, density, refractive index, optical rotation and the full GC/MS chromatogram for the lot you receive.
• ✓Safety data sheet in the current REACH format, with the CLP classification stated in section 2.
• ✓IFRA conformity statement naming the standard in force and the category limit that applies to your product.
• ✓REACH dossier available on request for EU shipments.
• ✓Allergen status stated per material against Annex III of EU Regulation 1223/2009, including the 0.001% leave-on and 0.01% rinse-off declaration thresholds.
• ✓Lot traceability from the production batch back to the origin, held per shipment.

Certified and organic materials are available where the origin holds the certification. Ask for the certificate for the specific lot rather than assuming it - we will tell you plainly when a material cannot be certified.

Sample policy

We send 5-10 ml samples, one per material per customer, with the material cost waived and the courier freight charged. Samples are dispatched within two business days of approval. They are supplied for evaluation in your own formula and are not resellable, and we do not warrant them as fit for a particular formulation.

White label and OEM

We produce finished blends and private-label packs for brands that would rather not run their own blending operation. White label runs start at 500 units and include your label, your copy and your packaging specification. The minimum order quantity for the underlying raw materials still applies to every formulation we quote.
