First orders are paid against a proforma invoice. Verified trade and distributor accounts qualify for NET 30 terms.

Yes. Every batch is screened by GC/MS to confirm botanical identity and composition, and the certificate of analysis for the lot is supplied with the shipment.

Yes. Each material carries an IFRA conformity statement with the use limit for your product category, and allergen information for EU cosmetic labelling.

Sealed, upright and away from light and heat, at 15-25 C. Use opened bottles within about 12 months, and replace the oil if the aroma flattens or the colour darkens.
