Short answer
Minimum order from 5 kg, absolutes from 0.5 kg. Prices are per kilogram ex works, freight quoted separately by volume and destination. Quotes go out in 3-5 business days and every batch carries COA, SDS and an IFRA conformity statement. Samples are free at cost of freight.

Business questions
How do I get a quote?

Send a quotation request with the material, the volume and the destination. We reply within 24 hours on business days and the quotation normally follows within 3-5 business days, with freight and the Incoterm spelled out.
Can I sample before ordering?

Yes. Request 5-10 ml samples and we will confirm which are in stock and what the freight costs. Material cost is waived, freight is charged at cost.
Do you ship outside the EU?

We ship business orders worldwide. Freight is quoted separately by volume and destination, and the Incoterm can be EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP depending on what suits your import setup.
What are your payment terms?

For first orders we normally ask for 30% deposit with the balance against shipping documents. Standing terms are available once the trading relationship is established. The exact terms are stated in every quotation.
