What is the minimum order quantity?

Bulk wholesale starts at 5 L for most essential oils and 5 kg for carrier oils. Trade orders start at 12 units per SKU. White label runs start at 500 units. Absolutes and rose Otto are supplied from 0.5 kg because they are distilled in small batches.
Are the essential oils GC/MS tested?

Yes. Every batch is screened by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry to confirm botanical identity and the absence of adulteration. The report, certificate of analysis and safety data sheet are supplied with the shipment or on request.
Do you sell to individuals or only businesses?

Both. Our 10 ml and 30 ml retail blends and the monthly discovery box are sold direct to consumers, while raw materials and white label runs are sold to businesses with volume pricing.
Which countries do you ship to?

We ship across the EU, with free shipping on orders over EUR 75. Germany and France are our fastest routes. For bulk shipments we quote DAP and CIF terms depending on volume.
How do I order a custom blend?

Send us the target scent profile, volume and your market through the quote form. For runs of 500 units or more we can also develop the formula with our perfumery team. We answer within 24 hours on business days and quote within three to five days.
